Quick & Tasty Kelp Salsa

Kelp, Cucumber, Tomato, And Avocado Salad will get the salsa started!

Use any of our Golden Kelp varieties for a subtle difference in flavour.

Ingredients

- 2 servings

  • 1 english cucumber, diced

  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced

  • 3 ripe avocados, diced

  • Β½ red onion, diced

  • ΒΌ cup fresh cilantro(10 g), chopped

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • Plain, Smoked Finger Lime or Furikake Golden Kelp Granules

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

method

  1. Slice then dice cucumber.

  2. Slice then dice tomatoes.

  3. Slice avocado and carefully remove stone. Scoop out inside and dice.

  4. Peel onion and remove tops. Then slice.

  5. Chop cilantro and place in a large salad bowl with previous ingredients.

  6. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl.
