Simply place bag in a bowl and cover with hot water. Leave the ‘brew’ for 10 minutes to release the alginate gel from the seaweed. This gel will nourish your body (and hair) and relax sore muscles.

At this stage there may be a slight odour, don’t despair - this will disappear when added to the bath!

Carefully pour the water and the bag into your bag and sit back and relax. When finished, hang the bag out to dry. The seaweed bath bag can be re-used a second time - then place the contents onto your garden.
