Great Green Kelp Smoothie

There’s no better way to kick off a fresh new year than with detox. Likewise there’s not better way to start a new day, than with this simple, fresh green kelp smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

Baby Spinach, 1 green apple cut in 8ths, 2 cups of coco nut water, handful of cubes pineapple, small slice of fresh ginger, Golden Kelp granules.

Toppings: Golden Kelp Finger Lime, chia seeds, hemps seeds, dried cranberries.

METHOD:

  1. Add Ice, spinach, apple, ginger and coconut water to blender or thermo mix.

  2. Blend for 1 minute on high, or two minutes on medium (to keep it cool in a blender)

  3. Top with Golden Kelp Finger Lime granules, chia seeds and hemp seeds.

  4. Enjoy your greens and that refreshing feeling of ‘clean!’
